It is funny what thoughts show up in a day....   the reminders that come that this is a life time journey...  filled with the unexpected.....   the unplanned......    yet a journey of filled and unfilled dreams....   provoking the spirit,  challenging it yet again....  will you keep walking....  will you keep dreaming .... regardless....

The theme of late or as I seem to want to call it,  the weeding of late....  is that this isn't a this for that walk.    it is just a walk until the direction takes us Home.     Treating it, as we have been taught our whole life,  if you follow the rules then you will receive the good in life.    I am beginning to see this as one of the biggest deceptions.

How many rooms have I stepped into,  people who have been taught this fiction and are now wrestling with the lie of this for that.    Now facing days and in truth maybe only hours.... wondering where the "that" was from all the "this" living....    Seeing their struggle raises the light that points to the same struggle within myself.     Wanting to run from the room to avoid the flashlight pointing to me but know there is something to learn from this experience,   compassion that I need to give in hope to pulling the weed from them,  to remind them that reality isn't on this side of heaven.   The full truth and the complete reality will be experienced where there heading.    That the love they have chosen, will be fully experienced and expressed once they arrive to Home that is waiting.     Telling them words of hope that I am hoping my own soul is taking it in.

I am learning though the principle for reaping and sowing is real, it isn't interpreted as we have been taught but the understanding that when we plant good seed in our spirit,  seeds of compassion,  love,  joy,  truth and gentleness,  that these seeds do grow in fruit that brings a peace that is unexplainable to others but is seen and desired.    The fruit that is given and not retained.

When our motive is no longer to sow to reap for the sake of this for that,  we find a peace in the midst of the sorrow.    In the midst of the struggle of life.     For the sake of just planting good things regardless of the situation, the seeds grow deep and produce fruit regardless.   Not focusing on our own effort,  not striving to receive but just walking it out and becoming thankful and allowing the seeds planted to grow from His nurturing,  not our striving...
